Tear of the Woods
Our vodka which is perfect for sipping all by itself or in your favorite mixed drink. It has a slightly sweet flavor and many say they can taste the maple.
Branches & Berries
Our gin, created from the same maple neutral spirit and then steeped with juniper, coriander, anise, lemon and orange peel. We then redistill and proof it down with the sap water. Nothing is added besides water, resulting in a true London Dry Gin. This gin has a noticeable citrus addition to the base juniper flavor.
Shrubbery
Our ouzo, created from the same maple neutral spirit and then steeped with star anise, fennel, cinnamon, clove and cardamom. We then redistill and proof it down with the sap water and add a little maple syrup. You have to love licorice to like this one.
